A beautiful wooden, hand cut vintage puzzle with extra large pieces. Each piece a different shape. Based on the Children's book Pelle Svanslös. (Peter-No-Tail) Published between 1939 and 1972. Pelle Svanslös is a kind cat, but gets bullied by other cats because he has no tail. But, Pelle falls in love with another cat Maja Gräddnos (Maja Cream Nose) and lives happy. On a darker side, the books are seen as a protest against Nazism in Sweden during the 1930s! This particular puzzle celebrates Pelle's Birthday. Length: 25cm, Width: 20cm, Thickness: 1cm. Does not come in box, but will be wrapped up very carefully.
